A big part of what we do here at To & Fro is about collaborating with the next generation of designers at the UWA School of Design.

During semester one, we were lucky enough to work with architecture and landscape architecture students across the Bachelor and Masters courses at the School.

Featured here is first year student Amy Stewart’s proposal for a re-imagined dunal landscape at Fremantle Port, developed during Groundings Studio with Loren Holmes. And, Masters of Landscape Architecture student Hazel Wang’s strategy for a social and ecological infrastructure through the coastal suburb of Cockburn, developed as part of Making Studio with Rosie Halsmith.

A complete review of student work is available to view via the School of Design’s publication, the Winter Collective. Keep an eye out for details of the semester two exhibition to see what our students have been up throughout the second half of the year.
